Physical Books
- Can be returned within 7 days of delivery if damaged or misprinted.
- Must be unused and in original condition.
- Email support[@]arcchieonline.com with order ID and photos of the issue.
Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs)
- Non-refundable once downloaded/accessed.

- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
